Any idea what the issue is when packages show these kinds of question marks while precompiling, instead of the progress meter/check mark? image.png

Are those packages for which at the end you get the message X packages failed to precompile but might be able to precompile after restart or similar?

Yea, I believe those are packages that had already been loaded in the current session
