Do we have any documentation anywhere on the .julia folder? i.e. what it is, where to find it, etc?

that'd point to https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/base/constants/#Base.DEPOT_PATH in the docs then (introduced by https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/pull/36635)
