Topic: Revise.track(Base) not working?

I am working on a PR in base julia, but I can't get Revise.track(Base) to register changes. I have recompile Julia each time. How can I troubleshoot this?

using that branch of Revise does not solve the issue for me with julia/baseunfortunately
