Topic: Transferring Rsvg.jl to JuliaGraphics org

I'm trying to transfer Rsvg.jl to JuliaGraphics. The original author Andreas Lobinger has stopped working and no longer uses GitHub. I emailed him to obtain his permission to move it to JuliaGraphics org, and he said Yes, go ahead.

I cloned the repo from his directory and t's now at https://github.com/JuliaGraphics/Rsvg.jl.

Now, I'm not too sure what happens next. I suppose a registry maintainer has to perform some magic rituals at some stage.

Any help with the move (and any maintenance) would be welcome!
